This Privacy Policy explains how Alterkon Software, LLC ("Alterkon," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Redemption Arc mobile application (the "App").

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile details provided through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
  • App content: Habit data, completion history, streaks, and related in-app content you create.
  • Usage data: Basic usage and interaction data needed to operate and improve the App.
  • Device and identifiers: Device identifiers and technical data (such as device model, OS version, and app version).
  • Purchase data: Subscription status and receipt information from Apple or Google (we do not receive your full payment card details).

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the App.
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts.
  • Enable subscriptions and paid features.
  • Improve App performance and reliability.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the App:

  • Supabase: Backend services for authentication and data storage.
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management.
  • Apple and Google: Account authentication and in-app purchase processing.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the App. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above.
