Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Redemption Arc mobile application (the "App"), operated by Alterkon Software, LLC ("Alterkon," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and Access

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and/or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and your purchase is governed by their terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

4. App Content and User Data

You are responsible for the information you submit in the App (such as habit data, notes, and profile details). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your data solely to operate and improve the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alterkon Software, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
